Solar System installation
Zimbabwe – April 2020
Thank you for your e mail confirming that the Beit Trust has awarded the Flower Foundation of Zimbabwe a Grant of £20,000 for the installation of a solar power system for our community center and administration block.
This is wonderful news and comes at a time when Zimbabwe is battling with electricity supply issues that see us “off grid” for as long as 18 hours a day.
The installation will make an enormous difference and help us to reduce the use of our generator and save on the cost of diesel fuel – also in short supply!
